Do I have to move my hosting to you?
It is easier if you do, and hosting is included in the price. If you are locked into a host you like, talk to us. We can usually work with it.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. It is month to month and you can stop any time. We would rather keep you because the work is good.
Do you build websites too?
Yes. If your site is too old to be worth maintaining, we will tell you straight and quote you a new one. We are not going to charge you monthly to prop up something broken.
What counts as a small edit?
Changing your hours, swapping a photo, updating a phone number, adding a paragraph, fixing a typo. If a request turns into a whole new page or a redesign, we will quote it before we start so nothing surprises you.
What if my site gets hacked?
We clean it up and restore from backup. That is included. Sites under management almost never get hit, because the openings hackers look for are the ones we close every week.
Does this help my Google rankings?
Some. Speed, uptime, and security all matter to Google, so keeping them healthy protects what you have. It is not the same as SEO though. This keeps your ground. SEO takes new ground.
